About Pack 13
Pack 13 is sponsored by Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano and delivers a quality Catholic Program to its parish and community. The history of Pack 13, first Chartered in 1946, pales in comparison to the history of our distinguished Charter Organization. However it is the history of our Cub Scout Pack itself that inspires our leaders and Cub Scouts alike. Our Pack flag is draped with decades full of recognition banners while our Pinewood Derby track has thousands of skid marks from past winners etched in the varnish. Our program has incorporated distinguished community leaders to speak to our cubs that were members of Pack 13 from decades past. Our Pack provides an annual visible presence to the community in this historic parade that commemorates our town of San Juan Capistrano and our Charter Organization. These are examples of the traditions of Pack 13 of which we are proud. The program values and activities that we realize are parallel with the purpose of the Cub Scout Program and specifically designed with quality Catholic Scouting in consideration. The Pack committee and leadership recognize the importance of the emphasis on ministry to our youth. This in depth understanding assists in delivery of a quality Catholic Scouting Program.

Monday, December 17, 2007, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Our annual Christmas Pack Meeting Santa visited our pack and brought Pinewood Derby kits for everyone! We also had a reading of the real story of Christmas by representatives from each den and some lively singing of Christmas carols. The moms and dads provided lots of great food and a fun time was had by all!

Friday, January 18, 2008 Rock Climbing Wall South Coast YMCA 29831 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel Cost is $10 per person. (Parents and siblings are encouraged to join the fun!).
